7-inch Colour Touchscreen display with High Resolution: ME1000S and ME2000S are equipped with a built-in 7-inch WVGA LCD touchscreen display with simple and easy-to-use icons and buttons.

The user can access and manage the machine through a multi-level menu in an easy and intuitive way, to set metal plate embossing functions.

IoT (Internet of Things) Remote Access and Management:

• Web Services: The machine set-up and metal tag marking operations can be entirely managed remotely via the web or through the use of VNC (Virtual Networking Computing) client, using a personal computer or other devices connected to the Customer’s network.
• Data Transfer: Data import/export and the machine updates can be managed from any device connected to the embosser via Ethernet by using the FTP protocol (file transfer protocol).

USB (type A, type B), Ethernet and Wi-Fi: ME1000S and ME2000S can be connected to a personal computer, to load data and start production, or to another device, such as keyboard, barcode reader or other if needed.

With a semi-automatic (ME1000S) or automatic (ME2000S) metal plate marking machine, the loading and unloading of metal tags are very easy.

They are equipped with a unique clamp for plates of different dimensions and materials as well as a large selection of fonts. Once the metal tag marking process has been completed, the metal tags can be placed in an external collection tray via a side eject mechanism or stacked in a FIFO output stacker. They are designed for medium or high-volume production processes.
