  • ME1000S and ME2000S metal embossers are equipped with a built-in 7-inch WVGA LCD touchscreen display with simple and easy-to-use icons and buttons.
  • Manage the metal embossing machine through a multi-level menu easily and intuitively, to set metal plate embossing functions for any metal embossing application.

IoT (Internet of Things) Remote Access and Management:

  • Web Services: The metal embossing machine set-up and metal tag marking operations can be entirely managed remotely via the web or through the use of VNC (Virtual Networking Computing) client, using a personal computer or other devices connected to the Customer’s network.
  • Data Transfer: Data import/export and the metal embossing machine updates can be managed from any device connected to the metal embosser via Ethernet by using the FTP protocol (file transfer protocol).

USB (type A, type B), Ethernet and Wi-Fi:

  • ME1000S and ME2000S metal embossers can be connected to a personal computer, to load data and start metal embossing label production immediately. Alternatively, connect the metal embosser to another device, such as keyboard, barcode reader where needed.

Adapts to various plate sizes:

  • ME Series CIM metal embossers are equipped with a unique clamp for plates of different dimensions and materials as well as a large selection of fonts. Once the metal tag marking process has been completed, the metal tags can be placed in an external collection tray via a side eject mechanism or stacked in a FIFO output stacker. These metal embossing machines are designed for medium or high-volume production processes, always producing high-quality metal label embossing.

It is recommended that CIM ME Series Metal Embossers are operated in an indoor environment. However, the tags or metal plates can be made of rust-resistant material such as marine-grade stainless steel or aluminum. We will guide you through the right metal plate solution to suit your needs.

Yes! ME1000S and ME2000S have the ability to handle medium to high volume production process. Both metal embossers are equipped with 250 input hopper and 250 output hopper.
