Available in two models—EM1 for single-sided printing and EM2 for both single and dual-sided printing—the EM Series comes as a complete starter bundle. Each bundle includes an Entrust (Datacard) EM printer, 250 plain white cards, one YMCKT colour ribbon capable of printing 250 full-colour cards, Entrust Instant ID Plus software, 12 months of software service support, and a 24-month warranty, with an optional webcam available as an add-on.

All new ID Card Printers come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty such as for the Entrust (Datacard) EM2 Card Printer Bundle and 3-year manufacturer warranty for Entrust (Datacard) Sigma Card Printer Range and Artista Card Printer Range. CSID will service the ID Card Printer machine and replace parts at nil cost within the warranty period.

After that, we are still there for you for service and support!

Once the warranty has lapsed, CSID certified technicians will continue to service and support your ID card printer through on site, back to base and remote services.
