All products sold will be deemed to be of the required quality and type unless a claim specifying particulars of deficiencies or incorrect type is made in writing within 7 days after the receipt of the goods by the purchaser.

Where products are on forwarded by nominated carrier by the purchaser then a receipt from the carrier shall be considered
adequate proof of delivery and CSID (CardServ ID Pty Ltd) liability will cease.

Any items returned to CSID (CardServ ID Pty Ltd) will incur a 15% re-stock fee, payable by the customer, unless specified no return.

Claims and Returns

CSID (CardServ ID Pty Ltd) will not accept the return of any goods sold except in accordance with laws of the state of New South Wales and of the Commonwealth of Australia Terms and Conditions listed below:

  1. Any goods which have been amended from their original state cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  2. CSID (CardServ ID Pty Ltd) may refuse to accept the return of any goods which you decide after purchase that you no longer want or need or which are damaged by you after delivery.
  3. CSID (CardServ ID Pty Ltd) will only accept the return of faulty goods, or other goods if we are notified by express written notification, of any alleged fault or issue within a reasonable time frame after the supply of the goods dependant on a) the type of goods; b) the intended use of the goods; c) the length of time the good were used for; and d) the amount of time allowed (reasonable) before a failure of the goods became apparent.
  4. Once CSID (CardServ ID Pty Ltd) receives written notification (as per point 3) the goods must be returned to us within 21 days of written notification.
  5. Unless the goods are faulty, the goods must be in their original packaging, unopened. Where the goods have been removed from their packaging, the original packaging must be returned with the goods.
  6. The faulty goods or other goods must otherwise be undamaged and returned in the same condition as they were supplied to you.
  7. If a return of non-faulty goods is accepted, and where the goods are not returned in accordance with the terms herein, CSID (CardServ ID Pty Ltd) reserve the right to reduce any payment refunded to you by a restocking fee of 15%.
  8. After we have received the goods, and verified the alleged faults, if necessary, we will credit your account within 30 days from the date of return.
  9. You, the customer, are liable for any costs associated with the return of the goods to us.
  10. CSID (CardServ ID Pty Ltd) are under no obligation to collect or recover the goods from you. If you request that we collect the goods, then you the customer will have to incur the costs of the collection and return of the goods.
  11. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

If you require an item to be exchanged because of change of mind, please request this in writing and send us an email at [email protected] and we will instruct you of the steps to obtain an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please follow the below steps to ensure you receive your refund, once approved:

  1. If you believe you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your financial institution to find out how long it takes for a refund to be processed and be visible in your account.
  3. If you still believe you have followed steps 2 & 3 and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
